We inspect the piece before committing to a scope. If it's more complex than described, we contact you. If it's simpler, you pay for what it actually needed.
Work proceeds according to the service scope. For mechanical pieces: strip-down, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, reassembly. For quartz: battery, contacts, seals. For cosmetics: external components.
Every completed service produces a written note — what was done, what was found, any readings taken. You leave with the watch and the record.
Quartz Movement Servicing
A careful in-shop service for quartz wristwatches of any brand tier. The workflow includes case opening, movement inspection, contact and battery compartment cleaning, gasket inspection, and reassembly with a new sealing battery. Suited for daily-wear pieces where the owner wants accurate timekeeping without exchanging the original movement. Includes a basic case wipe-down and a service note summarising what was checked and replaced.

Mechanical Watch Cleaning & Lubrication
Full disassembly cleaning of an automatic or manual mechanical watch. Components are stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, lubricated at recommended points, reassembled, and regulated on a timing machine. Suitable for vintage and modern mechanical pieces from three-hand dress watches to chronographs. The service report includes amplitude and beat rate readings before and after, plus notes on any worn parts the owner may wish to address at a later visit.

Strap, Bracelet & Crystal Refinishing
A cosmetic care package focused on the externals of the watch. Includes strap or bracelet replacement from our in-house catalogue, link sizing, end-link refitting, polishing of acrylic crystals, and light brushing of stainless steel cases where appropriate. Crystal swaps for sapphire or mineral glass are quoted on inspection. A considered option for owners restoring the appearance of a well-worn daily piece without altering its movement.
